Reservations and Logistics.

Reservations includes the guest contracts as well as collecting deposits and rents. We handle supplying directions/instructions, check-in, check-out, and cleaning/inspection.

Bookkeeping.

We will provide you with a full accounting of your rental property activity on a monthly basis. We will collect and pay all of the local and state taxes associated with the lodging. We are registered with all of the many tax authorities around the lake.

Dealing with Problems.

Of course we all hope there are no problems, but they do happen. We handle all problems that occur. Whether it be internet connectivity, satellite TV, plumbing, etc., we take care of these leaving you with peace of mind.
