About Us

Smith Lake Rentals' primary focus is the traditional vacation rental business. We bring together owners and guests for a win-win scenario for both parties. Owners get the benefit of recognizing income from lake property investment. Guests get the opportunity to experience Smith Lake from lodging equipped with the comforts of home along with other amenities. This experience goes well beyond the experience from one of the area motel rooms.

Smith Lake Rentals started in 2004 when Maura and Jeff Thomas recognized a need on the lake. We started small by renting out our own cabin (Solilioquy) which allowed us to learn the ins and outs of the business. We now have close to 30 homes which allows us to meet almost any need.

Our years in the business have provided us with a loyal customer base as we have served over 2000 guests.

We want to thank our owners for allowing us to share their lake properties and all the guests for allowing us to serve their vacation needs.
